serve Civil Process including but not limited to:
- Personal Injury
- Summary Process
- Notice to Quit
- Divorce
- Collections
- Foreclosure
- Service on the
Secretary of State
Marshalls are also authorized by law to do all of the following
services:
- Evictions
- Garnishments
- Financial Executions
- Property Executions
- Wage Executions
- Attachments
- Capias
Connecticut General Statutes
§78-6-38
govern the fees State Marshals charge for service of civil process.
